Doctor was fine but the compounder didn't know how to behave. Were fixed on making me purchase their dressing kit before I even met the doctor. Asked me to bring all the materials for dressing a wound, even the bandaid and charged 150 rs just to apply it. Doctor's fee separate. Trying to extract as much money as possible. Nonsense.

I must say that this is the poorest service that I have received in a decade. They staffs at the reception don't pay any attention to the patients, are arrogant and without telling how many patients are in the queue charge the money even before visiting the doctor. If there are more patients they make them sit in the basement and you will asked to sit on the ground floor and as told above they charge the fee first to ensure you don't go when you realise the high wait time. Not sure about the quality of the doctors but prime facie it's highly unprofessional and unpleasant.

Earlier they were good. Now a days exploiting patients a lot. Total expenses charged for 2 stiches for my kid was Rs. 1450/-. I don't know is this really fair

Worst experiance! I Will not advise anyone to visit this hospital only there to looting money, and in name of service 0, they charge me extra for my hand plaster and within 4 days plaster was loosen and not supporting my fractured portion!

Very unprofessional people, their main aim to make money from you,I went here for x ray and dr Mukesh Kumar who is general physician here told me that there is hair line fracture in foot but in report there was no fracture found and Mr Saddam a clarical guy there used very slang language once asked him a fix an appointment for ortho doctor.

Pathetic hospital, my wife was vomiting because of headache and just for the vomitting injection they charged 500 bugs and I have to bring injection from chemist. Worst hospital and too expensive. I would not recommend this hospital vrindhavan in shaberi is alot better than this. worst part is doctors and his workers don't even wear mask...

Completely fraud people they dont know how to work they dont keep any records after 4 days of x ray they are not able to provide report and asking to submit x ray again I am writting this after your reply Every good healthcare centre hires good and educated staff with proper knowledge of your system your receptionist told me that i ll get my reports on monday after getting xray done on saturday he did nt mentioned aingke time that i need to submit the film And one mote thing up to my knowledge every healthcare system keeps records for yhe future reference god knows what kind of process u guys follow ur clinic and working is worse than any government office
