Valanka Goa Sausages - Goan restaurant in Gandaulim - South Goa, India

Tastes delicious 5/5 but hospitality and friendliness werent the best. Came here many times and took about 15-20 sandwiches each time (probably 80 over the course of a weekend) for a group of friends to try. Everyone loved it but the service and experience can definitely be better.

I have lived in and out of Goa for over 6 years, at various locations. But if there is one thing that can never EVER be found anywhere else, is this amazing Chorizo served at Valanka Goa Sausages.... If you're lucky, you get to meet the curator of the delicacy, who is equally humble, and extremely vocal with the guests. Has parking for two cars, usually it's a quick order and pickup place, but also is good to have a seat and eat during the evenings. This is at a busy inner late between Colva and Betalbatim, and a must visit for every Chorizo lover visiting Goa... a 100% must have!!

Yummy in my tummy The Place is run by an uncle and his daughter plus grand daughter they are a sweet family helped us to locate the place via Google maps We reached there and in 10 min we were given our take always neatly wrapped 50/- a PC so worth it .. was drooling for so long for such authentic soul food and got to dig my teeth in them on our visit .. it's gonna be a must visit place for us on all our future visits as well ..

Visited here after reading some reviews about how tasty it is. It's a home business wherein they stay at the same place, you just have to cal, them out and give your order. The lady is very polite. The chauris pao is good, well cooked meat and tasty. Good for a quick bite if you're in a hurry.

I have been having sausage pav at this place for more than 10 years and I have never been disappointed.

The famous Goan Pork Sausage Bread place. Its famous for the unique crunchy bread crust and the delicious "Chorisam"(Goan Pork Sausages). It's a small place but attracts a great amount of crowd. Initially the price was cheaper now the bread costs Rs. 50/-.

Here you get the best sausage in Goa. It's a house where you can buy sausage bread, chops and other snacks all through the day.

Too much fat in the sausage pav and not enough meat. The (?)wife of the owner is terribly terribly rude. Lots of better places with better quality in and around Majorda, Colva, Benaulim. Will not step foot here again.
