Situated on the Bangalore highway, on the way to Srinivas college. Has a beautiful view of the busy highway, the river and surrounded by small hills It also has a railway track along its foothill A good place to spend your evening here With the sunset the high way and a beautiful view of the river If you're lucky you'll see a train pass
Wonderful view point where the river flows in between mountains and highways. During rainy season it's very wonderful to see how clouds meet up with the mountains. The drawback here is there is no proper place named valachil view point or proper parking or any other stuff. We have to make our own point.

Great place to chill out in the open air with the beautiful view of the river. Also a good place for Photography. The same location leads to the famous Adyar Falls of Mangalore it's a private property but open to the public to visit the waterfall
The place is worth visiting in the evenings. But the localities have littered the place very badly sad to see such a beautiful spot being not maintained well.

Situated around 6 km outside of mangalore. Nice place. View from this point of highway and river is amazing. Best place to hangout with friends and friends.
Very good hostel .near to college , atmosphere is very cool,rooms are very neat and clean.food not up to mark, they have to improve lot . otherwise best hostel.cost was not expensive compared to other colleage hostel.
