We decided to try the dining here based on reviews while on the trip to Shimla. Despite of shabby front, it looked ok when we got inside after mustering courage to enter. Next was the sitting arrangement - reasonably comfortable with nothing much to complain about. The service was good enough and helpful to choose items to be impressed and food was nice. Prices were not too high. Would recommend.
Rating it so bad because the waiter lied to us saying that only vegitarian food is being made and non vegitarian food will start after dashami. However, when we were leaving the hotel, we saw that non vegetarian food was being made. We also found a small insect in our soup. Please be honest.
Hotel is ok type and location is also on main highway, but some rooms were stinking. We didn't stay there as owner showed rudeness during negotiation. Have a decent dhaba though so you can have food if hungry and go to Shimla for better accommodation if traveling with family.
I would divide my review in 3 different ways. 1. Food:Food is not at all good. Waste of money 2. Hospitality: 1/100 points. Service could be much much better. 3. Room Location: Room Location was in the basement. Can't even take fresh air in the morning. 4. Room Service: Pathetic, we have to go & take the tea for ourself. Conclusion: Waste of time & money. Rating: One star is only because the rating in minus(-) was not available. Pathetic
On the way to Shimla. Stopped for quick grab but did not get it. He took 40 min to make Maggie and finally I did get it .
Last minute resort after a fabulous ride from Delhi to shimla and back.. Terrible room location.. No actual windows. Loud music in basement when I was there.
It was a average hotel, not much comfortable but very good in the price range. Deal wise it was very good deal as you cannot get any hotel in that range
