The place is a must visit for nature lovers as you will get to see beautiful lake views. Best time to visit is in monsoon as greenery becomes more prominent and pleasant breeze blows during day. You can click lots of pictures and spend quality time in peace while enjoying great views.
However, people who visit here throw garbage and bottles near the lake which is not a good thing. Places like these should be kept clean to preserve their natural beauty.
Peaceful place,3hrs drive from Mumbai,nice winding roads thru the woods with lots of greenery all around and good views..can be easily done as a day trip if u leave early..nice road trip on a bike.
A huge waterbody near Nashik, the place is nicely placed among hills and forest area. The views are great and a scenic location provides a great picnic spot. The road connecting the area is good. Suitable time is during monsoon season. It's basically a small hydroelectric and water reservoir project.
