This was the first property I saw at the beginning of my house hunt & then went on to see many others but nothing matched the charm of Vaishnavi Serene & what struck me about this project is: 1. Short 4 storey buildings giving a resort like feeling rather than an apartment 2. Fantastic Location 3. Overall ambience and amenities 4. Most important: I had only about 20 days to get the loan and house registration done as I had come on a short leave & the Vaishnavi CRM team viz Mr Amit, Mr Jayaram, Mr Yogananda & Mr Munikrishna delivered as promised to me before arrival and even enabled me to perform house warming ceremony within these 20 days.. <NOTE: reviewing as an owner> This project is kind of organic, as the location is quite serene (as of now) while not being too off from the main hustle-bustle of Yelahanka suburbs this community is safely tucked away behind CRPF Yelahanka, and just next to premium Prestige Garden Bay. The entire apartment buildings are lowrise, the Homes are compact (Mivan construction kind), and space efficiency is admirable (not big though), making the 3BHKs good enough for a small nuclear family life. Water supply is borewell sourced, Kaveri water supply is promised, but yet to come. The best part is the neighborhood which is friendly and peaceful. EV level-1 chargers, STP water treatment, and other standard community amenities are provided to satisfaction. Hope this community stays clean and peaceful in days to come!
Initially i felt that it was a waste of investment, later after completion the builder responded to my queries politely and made us feel happy for taking he here. Amenities are at the next level and we feel we live in a resort kind of home. Must recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful home with a cozy price.
Recently we purchased a flat here. It was a overall good experience for us so far. Vaishnavi is having different sections, a good number of peoples, starting from sales person like Mr. Sunesh who was very good during our first visit at site. Later, Ms. Saritha from CRM was able to meet our needs effectively, and best part very much responsive to every query. I suggest try to connect with Ms. Saritha, you will be happy with her correspondence. In this, process we meet a gentleman Mr Jameer from HDFC, who helped us getting loan and made the things hassle free, Mr. Jameer, HDFC is much recommended from my experience.
