The outside of the hotel looks good. The room however is not that good. There are different patches of discoloration on the walls everywhere. The rooms are not clean. Taps are rusty and leaking. This hotel is very costly and the prices paid for the room are unjust. High prices , low quality rooms. We informed the hotel beforehand that we will reach a bit late at night, Kindly prepare some dinner but they refused at the last moment. Not a good experience.
Average quality rooms with low maintenance, rooms look old, didn't quite found it value for money, and hot water facility wasn't available, had to take cold water bath early morning.
We booked 2 rooms for our kids upanayanam coz the function happened downstairs in a hall in the same building. Decent place to stay. Right next to the Yellachenahalli metro. So easy access. It def ain't 3 star but if you are looking for a not too expensive but clean place to stay in kanakapura road with metro access and good food access (at Paakshala downstairs), this is a great pick.
A simple, clean, no frills place for short stay. Has an outstanding restaurant downstairs and a metro station just outside.

Worst hotel ever would never recommended anyone. Multiple issues with the room like room card was not working, Ac was throwing ice and light in the washroom was blinking. There was zero cleanliness and washroom were dirty. The chairs in the room were all stained and dirty. Don't get fooled by the pictures on the website. Booked hotel in advance before visiting bangalore and had to shift to another hotel due to the condition of the rooms. Worst experience ever.
The room service was pathetic. We called the reception to check on the TV and the reception lady was too rude, when i asked to connect me to the manager she hung up the call. Ordered tea in the morning 8.30 and they delivered at 11AM. AC was not working. Worst service I ever had. The reception lady do not how to talk to the customer.
