Worst experience. Stayed one night on last week. There is no wash basin, no fan speed controller, no chair, no table and no place to keep bathroom soap in the bathroom. Totally waste. Recepionsit promised that he will send the recipt for the payment on the phone. But he never sent a recipt till today. I don't advice anybody to stay there.
We booked through phone. We asked room for 6 people. They told they have big size rooms which has two king size beds. Extra bed can be provided . So we booked. On arrival they are showing us a small room with one queen size cot and a single cot. Two of our family members slept on the floor as the bed they provided was not good. Room was clean. But switch boards were broken one main board was at the floor level. We had a kid who easily plays with it. So if u r travelling with a kid think once . Overall they could have been better.
It was pleasant stay at Vairavel Residency. Thanks for your hospitality and care. Rooms was very neatly clean and maintained.
I never had a worst experience like this before. Not even u will get hot water for bath. At the time of checkin they never mentioned about solar. Later they telling only upto 6.30 hot water will come. We asked at 7.15 am but they refused. Here room size also very small and congested, TV is damaged, no chair to sit, staffs are not friendly. Instead of booking u can find very good and neat hotels nearby temple with car parking in a low cost itself. Plz dont choose this hotel. Very worst and far from temple also
2km from temple. View sea & gopuram from upstairs. Affordable price well maintained rooms with AC hot water toiletries. Small balcony outside looks great. Lift, parking available. Room service is somewhat ok. We can get drinking water on ground floor in common can. A little confusion on booking with night shift receptionist so we waited for 2 hours to avail rooms.
