Poor response by the Staff employed. Inexperienced female staffs. Miscommunicate about patient among existing staff. Improper / intention for not operating Lift for the patients and their attendants. Doctors service is excellent.some of the staff behavior are very rude ,( that person is saw in the first floor lab),very worst experience..otherwise treatments and services is very good..

I had cervical spondylosis issue , Nero doctor in Trichy have suggested surgery in my neck based on my MRI report. However ortho Dr. Rajasekar at Vairam Hospital have given treatment with proper physio exercise for a period of one month, Now I am almost fine. Thanks a lot to Dr. Rajasekar & Vairam Hospital.

Very clean & hygienic ambience. .. friendly & trained staff .. very well equipped infrastructure.. Dr are easily accessible . Dr Rajasekar diagnosed my ortho issue & gave simple solutions.

The bed is not comfortable for the patients (HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT MUST CHANGE THE BEDS). Otherwise treatment and consultation is good and neat. But not suitable for patients who are in very critical condition. They give you a very old treatment. There is no advanced equipments inside the operation theatre. So kindly prepare for it. And also price is little heavy.

Very very rare to catch the ortho doctor....if you catch the Dr. your problem solved quickly....no kind respond from crews....appointment on phone no only in person and advanced charges received.... it's very bad
