Room was kept clean. But avoid having lunch in this hotel. It would be crowded, and no proper queue management. Paratta was served uncooked (it maybe due to the crowd)...

Very clean rooms. Service was excellent. Free breakfast was provided. Food was also too good. We had lunch and dinner here. Room service also delivers dinner to the room . Overall it was a pleasant experience. Will recommend this place.
The reception is the worst. They are very lazy and didnt even mention there was complementary breakfast. The housekeeping person was kind enough to call us and inform that complimentary breakfast. Otherwise, the rooms are good and ample parking facility. Restaurant downstairs have good food except for full meals. The issue with some of the rooms is that they dont have water heater. They say that you have to empty 5 buckets of water. Instead they should install electric heaters in those rooms
Decent hotel for a stay with family. Restaurant is good. Mosquito concern and next day requested for repellent. No ventilation and exhaust fan in washroom For double bedroom they will give only one water bottle which is the first time I have noticed in my travel experience. Kettle on request available Also request for soap, shampoo, toothbrush set and including water glasses else they dont bother to check if everything in place. But overall stay was comfortable and good for sure. Go for it. Definitely recommending for family. But less amenities for the amount paid.
Location is good. Restaurant Balaji bhavan is there , so food no problem. Bathroom has scales and sometimes water is coming in black color which they need to correct.
This hotel has decently designed interior and the rooms are spacious enough. There is a huge parking area and it is located in the heart of the town. The staffs are kind and helpful, but there is no proper management on a higher level. There was no Wi-Fi available and the bedspreads were not so clean. On the whole it was an average staying experience.
