Vailoppilli Smaraka Park - Park in Ernakulam - Ernakulam, India

When I went there on Sunday around at 1.30 pm the main gate was closed. This park named after the legendary poet of Kerala Vylopilli Sreedhara Menon. It's situated at RBI junction Kaloor, near the way leads to Judges Avenue. We can spot some benches and other equipments for childrens to play. There is a small room also attached with the park. This park has a potential to develop into a green space where we can take a break from the rush of the city. However I think Corporation, the custodian of this park not interested to maintain it properly. Children park is in a neglected state, benches and seating arrangements are not kept well.

It's not meant for kids! Most of the playground is filled with waste and mosquitoes and the slides and the other play items are not working. Good for adults who is looking for a quiet space to sit down

Good place to take a break from city rush...limited seats ,Nice atmosphere, 2 wheeler parking and a small park for kids

The place is good but the big problem is the mosquito. This place is fully surrounded by mosquito.

A peaceful park in the middle of town ...where u can spend some time in evening but unfortunately it is not maintained properly

This park shows the carelessness shown by the cochin municipality and rest of the authority. Such a beauty is laid to waste by these authority. It isn't open and no one is bothered even a little bit.

Really worst place. The waste didn't remove from waste bin more than one month. Most of floor Tiles on walking way are loose. It was a best place in Ernakulam city.
