Top location for proximity to beach, 5 minute walk from beach, has car parking as well. Room rent was economical. Sunlight was good. Room facilities / maintenance could be better, but then room rent was lower as well.
1. Owner is too arrogant.
2. Staff behaviour is too worst
3. Reception people will not give any respect to the tourist
4. They don't clean the rooms on daily basis. After two days stay I requested them to clean the room but they responded arrogantly.
Finally this worst hotel I ever seen in my life.
My recommendation is don't go to this hotel.

Very good location of hotel. Just at 5 min walking distance from colva beach. Rooms are good and services are good also. Food is delicious. Staffs are very cooperative. Specially want to mention the name of driver Aamir Khan who is very helpful and for him we can travel and enjoy north Goa and dudhsagar the most. Recommend to stay here.
All the services good staff are good and smiles face one thing is need to update the hot water in the rooms because everytime we need take the bucket and took hot water from outside everytime must be in the bathroom 24 hours and the waiter name is bless was perrty good and nice caring person also the room was little bit dark .

Rooms were clean but not spacious at all.. Everyday cleaning was not done in our 3 days of stay.Rooms rent are much higher than the room they are providing.
One of the best hotel in south goa , the rooms are cozy and have a homely aura , we never felt that we are staying in a hotel , the owner is very humble and helping , the management is very supporting may it be in early morning or midnight they are always there for support , especially thanks to Mr.Roshan and Mr.Blize for their timely help and support throughout our stays .
Booked 7 bed double room with separate toilet bath. Peaceful just forgot to check cleaning is done properly while check in, otherwise it's been good experience staying here
