Ordered kerala style meals and they served it banana leaf keeping traditional style. Food was awesome keeping traditions and taste good. Specially staffs behavior also good and friendly, Thank you

this hotel is located in the roadside in the restaurant rich kowdiar marappalam road. the restaurant has mostly road side parking. they have a set of outside tables(which mostly serves suitable for a quick tea/snack) as weel as indoor AC area. the restaurant is generally clean. they have a lot of dosa varieties. snacks are based on availability. the food serving usually doesn't take much delay. have tried their masala dosa which is filling rich with great taste.price is at par with similar hotels

I liked their food at Lulu mall.. Even though taste is not on a par with Lulu, still it's very good and cheaper than Lulu. Service was very good. Only street parking..

I'm a fan of Oottupura stall in Lulu Mall and visited the place with the same expectations. They have pretty wode spread of options for dosa. We ordered Mysore masala dosas and tea. Mysore masala dosa was good. It had a good flavour. It was different than one we usually get as Mysore Masala Dosa. However, Oottupura take on it is good. I am a fan of Sambar. However, I didn't feel the same level as Lulu Mall. Their quality needs to be improved as I had issue with the dosa first served. However, they were quick to admit and recity the same.

Ordered Mini Sadya through Zomatto but delivered wrong item, gruel (rice porridge). While we complained the same the response was very poor from both side. They are not ready to refund the amount but asking to come and collect the item, if we need.

The menu items are so overpriced for the Quality and Quantity of item they serve. We had a Masala Dosa (100 rs) and plain dosa (70 rs) and had pathetic experience The masala dosa merely had any masala in it. And it didnt even taste that good. There wasnt any difference between the plain and masala dosa. Moreover they serve very little chutney in such a tiny bowl which is disappointing overall. There are other good vegetarian restaurants in tvm city that serves right at reasonable price. This restaurant just charge you for their a/c dining facility.

I recently ordered Sadhya from Vaigas Oottupura restaurant for a family function, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. The food was not just good; it was absolutely delicious! Most of the dishes were top-notch. The quantity and quality of the food exceeded my expectations and provided a 100% satisfying meal. All the dishes received were well-packed and delivered on time. The customer service was exceptional! Thank you, Oottupura and your team, for such a delightful meal!!!

Food is good, but as a regular customer I can definitely say that the quality of service is diminishing . The Idli what we ordered is taken back as the food was not good ; again they served tea in a broken cup. They need to seriously look in to these issues , if they are serious in their business .
