Wonderful experience. Clean and Hygienic rooms. Good behaviour and help from the owner and also manager and staff. Excellent Breakfast and that too large quantity home made food. All the tourist places are very nearby. Highly Recommended. I wish to visit again to experience this homestay again.

Decent rooms, 1 min walk from BOT junction and amazing views of the old thoppumpady and BOT bridges. Calm and quite place to chill out or work from. The property owner and staff are super friendly and available to help as needed.

We stayed one night in this place and we had a very good experience. The place is in proper city but still no noise at their house or premises as it's inside. There are many shops around if you need anything to cook or to eat.the place is super clean and the caretakers akash and chechi are amazing. They take care of all your requirements. I wondered before going to this place as to how can someone get 5 ratingall the time. But i have experienced it myself and they really deserve 5 ratings. It's a beautiful home with full access to hall, kitchen and lawn. They have a small dog named poopy and he is super adorable and friendly. Anyone planning to stay in kochi should not miss this place as view is amazing and place is beautiful.

Rooms and the breakfast food given was excellent. The way Viswa and Akash cared for us and the guidance provided by them was impressive. I totally enjoyed the stay and I am very much satisfied about the hospitality and service. I definitely recommends for families. Keep up the good work Viswa and Aakash..

I travelled with my 3 pets and I was really worried as it was a last minute planning.. but the property was just mind blowing with friendly and helpful environment and budget friendly also.. I would highly recommend Vaiga homes especially to pet parents. You will feel as if you are on another home

Great stay at Vaiga Homes, would totally recommend. The house is wonderful, well-kept and comes with a breathtaking view of the lake in front. The best part about the house is the host and their hospitality. They were very accommodating of our needs and took great care of us. The food was delicious too, would definitely be booking it again the next chance I get!

A wonderful place to stay. Clean neat and spacious rooms. A serene environment as well. I'd give the service a 100/10 if i could as not only are they super friendly and kind but they readily accomodated any request we had. Recommend to anyone needing a relaxing getaway in Kochi
