Stayed here for about 21 days and had an incredibly restful, peaceful, and healing time here. The staff and doctors here are so friendly that you really don't feel lonely. I got lucky and was able to meet many people here who are also experiencing some sort of chronic illness/stress in their lives. Listening to their perspectives and struggles was an important part of my own healing. Everything here happens in a timely manner, from the daily treatments to the room cleanings. The therapist here were so fun to talk to. I got the opportunity to learn about the local culture and the way of life for them here in Kerala. They were so kind and even brought me some temple offerings to take home when I expressed my sadness of not being able to go myself (we are not allowed to leave the nursing home compound). Special shout out to the canteen uncle Gopi (I think) who made sure I had all my meals, and even took the effort to come to my room and double check if I wanted my meals to be sent to the room. He also took the effort to introduce me to other guests/patients who were also from my country, which helped me feel even more at home Attached are some of the meals I had here!

This place was feeling so good from the first day. Lovly garden full of ayurvedic plants, delicious food, very clean and nice rooms and everybody - really everybody - was so caring and friendly. I felt very happy during my stay and the treatments and now since I'm back I feel much more balanced in my mind and healthy in my body. If my migraine became better, I will see in the next months. There is just one little thing, you could bring some earplugs, if your ears are sensible to noise of air condition during the night. Reconfirm your booking and the room tariff well before your arrival. 2. Peak season starts from Mid July. It can be crowded. 3. If one looks at going for long walks , gym etc it is not advised bcoz of the nature of the treatment. Things to carry 1. Coffee mug 2. SS Flask/water bottle 3. Quarter & Dinner Plate 4. Nightgowns(ladies) 5. TShirt and Capri Pants (Ladies) 6. Extension cord 7. Clothes Pegs (if you choose a standard room without balcony) To reduce Mobile phone usage - Carry any hobby kit, hand sewing/embroidery kit, Books to read. Not advised to walking (as in exercise) due to the nature of the treatment. Strolling is allowed inside the premises.

I was here for a 21 day program and had the most caring experience from each and every doctor, therapist, nurse, house keeping staff and everyone around here. The place is so serene and calm and has the most amazing people running the show. I was impressed with how organised the place is and everything works like clockwork. The herbal garden is a serene place to go for walks and allows you to enjoy the time here close to nature. The place is super clean and well maintained, one can see that the emphasis is on treatment and getting better versus other places that may be just focused on spa or luxury massages. They really dig deep into the issues and treat each matter with utmost care. I will defenitely recommend this place

So glad I took the recommendation of my friend and came to this clinic, even though I don't have any health issues. I took this time to relax, to recharge and to rejuvenate my body with Ayurvedic treatment. It was definitely worth it! I loved the staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful and my favorite place was the Herbal Garden. Definitely recommend this place

I have been here for just 8 days - 2 weeks more to go, and am already feeling much better with my medical issues being taken care of. The doctors, nurses and all staff are extremely efficient and believe in service with a smile. The place is very clean, the surroundings are beautiful and green, food is good, and they provide all that I require upon request. I hope to return every year for health and rejuvenation.

Physiotherapy is Very effective especially those who are aged. Excellent service from physiotherapy department. The strength and flexibility of body and nerves is improved.mental reaction for doing such bodily movements is increased during the physio activities.

The stiffness on my neck and shoulder reduced and the range of mobility on the affected side has greatly improved after taking physiotherapy. Thanks to Ms shivani for her care and will continue with the exercises advised.
