If possible I'd give a half star just for the availability of X-ray machine in the hospital. As for Dr Vaibhav and his staff, they've got no regards for the patients and their treatment. They'd often keep you waiting and will entertain their guests by having hours long chit-chat along with beverages which is really disturbing. As per my experience, it's one of facilities that insults the sacred profession of healthcare and would not recommend this facility to anyone in need. Otherwise no quality treatment and attention from the Doctor himself and staff is negligent.
Dr. Vaibhao is an exceptional orthopedic surgeon. From the first consultation, he took the time to explain my condition and the options available to me. He answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. His staff was also wonderful, and they were always friendly and helpful. My surgery was a success, and I am now pain-free and able to do the things I love again. I highly recommend Dr. Vaibhao and his team.
Name - Shilpa Kulkarni Age - 52 yrs Case - Cervical Spond and Lumbar Spond Symptoms - Pain in lower back, unable to bend down, to lift heavy weights Review - When the symptoms started, my lower back and then my hand started paining so much that I can't even explain. That's when I consulted Dr. Vaibhav where he referred me to Dr. Abhishek, the best physiotherapist ever , he is one of the finest doctor that I have ever met. He made me explain everything that had happened to me in lay man language and assured me that he can make me fit again. Taking treatment from him was the best thing that I did to get well. He gave his best and made me fit and fine in a couple of weeks , all my pain was gone and I was feeling much better. Just want to Thank you Doctor for all your treatment . And I really think we need more such kind and generous doctors like you!!
Dr. Vaibhav is polite and very genuine. 5 star for him. but 1 star for junior doctors and working staff and receptionist. They are highly egoistic and won't move a inch from there chairs even if you have all bones broken.. Very high on cost.. only good thing is Dr. Vaibhav. Also here no lift facility

All staffs are very supportive & very active. Have got very good support from Ms.Deepali in completing all the formalities prior & post surgery. Very good Orthopaedic Hospital in Kalyan west surrounding. Cleanliness is properly maintained. Staffs behavior towards the patients is very polite and very helpful. Space management is very well maintained and you will feel very comfortable and relaxed in the Hospital premises. Treating doctors also very good and quite economical for charging to the patient. Personal experience is very good. You can visit for any Orthopaedic issues with 24 X 7. Nice work keep it up Sir.
Nursing staff of vaibhav hospital is the largest group of caregiver..they provide best care and excellent service for patients.. Consultant and junior doctors meet patients may be 2-3 times in a day. Administration department and receptionist are very helpful.
You should be lucky enough to see of doctor in the hospital. It seems hospital is run by 2 nurses and 2 ward boys. Patients are kept waiting for atleast 2 hours. Staff is arrogant, except Amit- He is supportive and polite. Ignorance towards patients is at peak all the time. Writing this review while sitting in the hospital from 2 hours. Though Dr. Vaibhav takes good care but the overall time they take is not at all appreciable.
