Awesome community centre.. The staff that is providing covid 19 vaccine covaxine is also too friendly.... Loved the overall experience of vaccination as well as the way of staff to interact with the people..

Sitapur it self a nice city of U.P., and the Sadar PHC is really nice and very helpful to the People's.

Not at all a good place in terms of Medical Facilities and Hygiene.... The place seems very unhygienic and doctors aren't good at all...

You can say there is little bit staff.whoes available on 9:0 to 5:0 pm

It is a Government Hospital.. In pandemic it is serving vaccination (COVAXIN) . And this place is good.
