Vacation Inn - Hotel in Amritsar, Amritsar Cantt. - Amritsar, India

We spent only oneday there. Room was good. AC was peculiar. No remote was provided. Every time you have to ask the service boy. Bathroom was clean with hot water. Bed was comfy. Location was most suitable as it is very close to Golden temple and Jalianwalabagh.

I stayed their with my family last week and that was one of the worst experience.I booked it based on MMT recommendation and it turned out to be a disaster. They have a hotel near to the Golden temple and they don't even know the basics of hospitality. They asked me to pay 340 rs per night for a 450 rs mattress which I asked for my 10 year old even I informed them in advance. Bathroom taps were broken. Telephone receiver was broken and was temporarily fixed with dirty black tape. Their attendent was talking like he was deputy commissioner of the city and he was there to rule the city and I was his slave. Their so called restaurant was offering taste less tea and sandwich. One of the worst 1* hotel in the world. Save yourself from them. Thank you.

The hotel and location is very good but their hospitality is pathetic. We extended the stay for few hours and we also paid for it but still we were treated like that they were doing a favour for us. They denied to clean the room because we extended the stay. I would never ever come to this hotel again.

Room & washroom size is small compared to other hotels. Air-conditioning System is nice. Staff is also good. More good opportunity available at same or less price.

Food isn't that great in fact, we got hair in the food so skipped it you may skip eating food here but overall it was a comfortable stay, rooms are great the location is perfect everything is very close. You can choose to stay here if you want to save your local travelling expenses.

Very close to the Golden temple. Nice Rooms & Great staff. Since the Hotel is so close to the temple, location is locked away, so your car cant come to the hotels gate. We had to take a rickshaw to get here.. But its ok considering its in the best location too.

Very rude way of talking by evening receptionist i was trying to call from morning even messaged them no reply, after many calls manager finally pick up and very rude in behaviour they are sitting in guru ramdass nagri and this way of talking not suit them i just asked him that price of one room And 4 rooms shuld never be same give me some discount he cuted the phone i tryed again but he start cutting the call....very bad experience and way of talking by manager ....

The hotel is near Langar hall of Harmandir Sahib, Decent 3* hotel with clean rooms hot water availability, water kettle, tea bags, lift availability. Restaurant service can't say we ordered something but it took too long to deliver so we cancelled. Best part is walkable distance from Golden Temple and market around the hotel gives opportunity to explore with ease.
