Talking about the weight training and cardio section, gym is equipped with most of the machines and the overall area(coverage) of gym is good. More equipments need to be added in CrossFit section. Gym is pretty affordable as compared to the other branded gyms. Space for parking is available but it is at owner's risk. Overall the gym is good .

Good Gym..No ShowOff gym, Good Crowd. I joined at 110kg on 1feb 2023 and already lost 8 kg in 2months, Thanks to Thapa Sir(trainer). Trainer Thapa Sir does not recommend Protein powders or artificial supplement instead he will guide to eat natural protein diet.

One of the best gym's in the area with good machines and ample space to workout with good ventilation.the best part of the gym is its timings. Gym is open from 5 AM in the morning till 11 PM night,so timing will never be the reason to miss workout.
