Located inside t2 mumbai airport food court. Ordered for a uttapam meal which serves uttapam, idli medu Wada and cofeee. Uttapamwas fresh but idli and medu wada was cold. Told them to give fresh, den reheated d stuff and gave. Just wondering r v paying 500 for stale food??
Ordered masala dosa combo at international airport branch Mumbai on 4th June 2023. The masala in the dosa was stale and had to throw away the masala. Not sure what will happen to the stomach. Complained at the counter too. Charging a heaven for unhealthy food.. I wonder why the authorities are not checking the food counters regularly.
We were flying to New Goa airport by IndiGo in the morning. We were all craving for South Indian food. Vaango menu looked perfect. There was a queue for ordering. Wer ordered combo tray which had medu vada, idli vada, coconut chutney, sambar. We took the combo choices of masala dosa and uttapam. We ordered buttermilk drink. We thought the taste of all items below average. We asked to provide an empty paper glass which was refused. The place looked clean and service was average.
Tomato rice is too raw and felt no taste at all! Idli is fine but too much price as it is located inside airport. Better to avoid it
Worst masala Dosa in my life. Idly was not cooked properly. Vada is not in proper consistency.
Food quality not good dosa is so sour not able to eat & chutney coconut had strange smell. They are charging rs.750 for two masala dosa but the quality of food not good.
Recent experience. Had a "Royal Meal". The vada was wonderful brown outside and raw inside. See how the batter smears the finger. And at those rates. Once you take these guys on, they'll immediately say sorry and offer to give another helping. Sorry for the passengers who can't even do that because they have to catch a flight.
Never ever make the mistake of eating here. They don't have enough staff. They will delay your food to the extent that you will run for your flight without even grabbing all the items you already paid for. Happened twice with me, hence the frustration.!!
