V7 Residency - Lodge in Karumathampatti - Coimbatore, India

Good Hotel with Hygiene. Didn't expected a neat hotel in Karumathampatti. Bed linen was good & toilet is clean. They provide amenities and A/c cooling is also better. TV working with all major channels.

Good place at the centre of town. Well connected by road. Need to book in advance. Rooms starting from 1008. No single room available. Double rooms only for single persons as well. Good rooms. Well maintained bathrooms. Beds alone need additional care. Bed spreads are not good.

I want to give 5 stars, All rooms are look like 5 star Hotel, Rich look. But they don't want to maintain I think. They should maintain the beds clean.

Good ambiance and polite staff and getting room neet and clean

This is a very good lodge at a very reasonable tarrif. Quite ambience, neatly done up rooms, prompt service and a sumptuous breakfast ( though the portion is very small and limited). The place has a good parking facility and is just adjacent to the National Highway. The front desk executive was quite cold and brazen which has made me give the 4 star rating.... otherwise it deserved a 5 star !!

I had a test in coimbatore BSF camp and stayed here for 1 day.Rooms were very neat,properly cleaned and spacious.Bathroom was also well cleaned and maintained.Very friendly and cooperative staffs.For an AC room they charged 1900 for 24 hrs which I felt was reasonable in their services and facilities as there were only 3 lodges available in that area including V7 residency out of which one was very shabby and other was overpriced.Parking space is also available.Location was good,very close to bus stop and auto rickshaws were available any time for a ride.I forgot to take the copies of my Aadhar card which was very important for my test and only noticed it early in the morning (3.30am) when I was about to leave for the exam centre.The man at the reception was too kind to print my e-aadhar from there system and doesn't charged any money from me.That day I qualified in my document verification process only because of his kindness . Because usually lodges or other similar business centres refuse to take a print out for their customer's personal needs even if it is very urgent.I don't know his name..but if you come across this review...please know that I'm forever grateful to you Thank you Anna

Worst Experience!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tried booking rooms in this hotel.... Mr Ashok was rude to the core..... Tried booking 8 rooms in this hotel..they denied to give 8 rooms & agreed to give 5 rooms...lots of terms & conditions apply..they wanted me pay rs.2500 as an advance per room...& There was an new rule & I was shocked at the rule..they will take bookings & confirm with payment for an ac room & when the day of arrival comes, they might give non ac also this was statment from mr.Ashok....what is the point of pre booking an hotel rooms... totally unprofessional...not recommendedable
