GYM got ample of equipments that can help you in training yourself to achieve your goals. That being said, it is never possible without the trainers here. I m getting trained by Manoj and he gives it all to get you the desired results. It has been a month and I could see significant changes in my physique. Mr. Varun is a good dietician here in the GYM. ( Something I shared with Manoj regarding the issue with my neck. He is so understanding and gave me tips to eradicate that issue with my neck)

Having been associated with V60 team for more than 5 years now, I should admit that their regimes kept me fit and healthy and would motivate anyone to follow a healthy life style religiously. Everyone gets a personal attention be it in the form of form correction (important to target the correct muscle groups for an exercise), diet consultation, achieving your personal fitness levels etc. If you are looking to lead a healthy life or looking to challenge yourself and push your body to new limits then this the place to be, the workout routines are pretty unique and challenging from any other instructor whom you might have worked in past. Added to this over a period of time you will gain fair amount of insight into various kinds of workouts (weight training, cardio, HIIT, cross-fit etc.). The new facility recently opened near pillar no 124 is tremendous setup. Equal amount of attention is given to creating the necessary ambience ideal for a gym, equipped with state of the art weight training, cross-fit and cardio machinery. Looking forward rediscover a new ME in this new setup.

BHASKAR IS WORST FELLOW HE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR COACHING HE IS BETTER AS OFFICE BOY @V60 DONT GO IN HIS PRESENCE. OTHER THAN THAT GYM IS GOOD Varun,Sridher & Manoj are good Coaches.

Best, Friendly & Experienced Trainers here. I love working out here with perfect schedules & guidance of Trainers (Manoj, Sridhar, Varun). If you wanna transform your body into perfect shape then this is the best place.

Varun is not just an excellent trainer but is also a certified nutritionist. He pays attention to what he is making us do, pushes us just hard enough and studies body dynamics better than most people I have known. Very friendly, assertive communication and top insights. Easily he is THE go-to person for health, fitness and diet suggestion.

Be careful while following their techniques.. The owner pushed me to do leg press with 10kg on my second day in gym.when I told him that I can't do he gave deaf ear and insisted on doing it.Since then I find it difficult to climb steps and I limp while climbing. The doctor said there could be a ligament tear which is causing pain. Please understand what your strength and what you can do instead of blindly following his techniques which can't work the same for every person.

This is by far the best gym in Attapur; and should most likely be one of the best in entire Hyderabad. Although equipment is standard and sufficient, what makes this gym the best is the trainer Varun Jonnada with his aide in Bhaskar. Varun stands as a role model everyday to each member going to the gym, maintaining his fitness above par all the time. He has this great capacity to give personal attention to each and every individual, customizing the routines and cycle lengths for everyday, to achieve their goals. As a person, Varun is shrewd, professional, but approachable on all our concerns, and has a respecting language.
