This time we go for laddakh bike tour organised by gct has great experience.our marshal stenxin chospel ,our backeup van driver ishe tundup are very cooperative and best human beings.we book our tour by travelling agent named as kishor sarkar who supported us and guide us throughout the tour .our mechanics was also good .thanks to all members of gct to make our trip memorable
Dear friends, if any one want to go for adventure tour to leh ladak please don't go with this company, Recently in June 4th 2023 batch we booked with this travel agent in the name of GCT, very worst management, they never kept the promise what they had mentioned in an itenery, cheated whole group, no one to take care of us the whole journey, we were fed off, no good food, no good accommodation, no proper arrangements, low level arrangements, they never gave the bike for complete tour, there was no proper first aid, no Responsible person to receive our problems, we faced lot of problems. It was a worst organised company, later they were threatening that as we had signed the contract we can't argue or ask what we want. Please be aware of this frauds. I booked for my family, 2 members on bike, one with tempo traveller, but all the journey my daughter was in back off vehicle , very worst thing, and we couldn't meet whole trip together to have lunch and to take photos for memory, they never arranged Properly, a person by Varun was incharge he was a idiot, never cared for any one. He made me to pay 600 rupees extra for my 3 languages, which they never loaded to tempo traveller from leh to sarchu , were we were all forced to go through tempo traveller, without giving bike. Dear friends be aware before booking with this company for adventure trips. Any way I will file a damage at consumer court, let see the legal consequences, ready to face
In the review column there r so many there own employees putting reviews....it's totally disgusting.... Not single Star worthy..... Total fake promises about itinerary, food, and bikes. No guidence about tour. You will not see any single company person after giving money to them. They don't take responsibility, You have to manage aal the thing by your own money. They kicked out one of our group member and his family out of hotel in Manali (hotel Manali queen) because they didnt got money of bike damage..they already paid towing charges....and gct organiser(varun) said damage will cover in insurance... but after some time asking for 5k..one of member had accident and they treat like this... these people r acting like animal...the animal r Better than this travel company.....we all group members stood with that'guy.....we r not any it cell like v4....put good reviews fastly..... Don't ruin your experience and don't waste your money. Cancel your bookings guys if already done. We are on the Srinagar Leh Manali tour currently with GCT, but we are stuck with them. Pathetic mis management. Luggage lost, bike ride cancelled mid way. And they are rude in behaviour specially the tour guide VARUN here with us. People coming from Manali told us the same story. Tour guide can leave you easily mid way on your own. I checked review on TripAdvisor there also so many reviews i found not shown by tour company i will post in pic let's check it Full review later once I reach Manali. Avoid travelling with GCT, Unexplored NH, V4 entertainment.
