The main advantage is that it is situated at a walkable distance from my home.
Even though there are 3 gyms at the same distance ,I chose this because of the quality and professional trainer available here.
The coach is really well trained unlike the other trainers out there.
The gym is also hygienic, and the equipments are properly maintained.
So if you want to get fit and healthy
It is a go to place and I would definitely recommend it.
Thank you everyone who gave good comments and stars. And others those who commented negatively are not our gym clients and they were coming to our gym when Shivakumar was trainer in our gym. According to them their comments were correct. The old coach was unfit. That's y we removed him. Appointed New coach from August 17th. His name is Shivaraj. N. Certified and experienced trainer. Don't put negative or meaningless comments without experiencing the service in our gym.
