You just got to work out on self... Except one trainer others don't care much about the clients.The machines are very new and the ambiance is good no doubt in it but they don't switch on AC. Decent gym in this locality. This is what I have perceived in the beginning (say about in 4 weeks), but as weeks passed on, I had the opportunity to better know the other trainers. Also understood the owner has put in much efforts to give a good service to the clients. When I had doubts approached trainers and they have clarified doubts and in case of any issues the management /staff tries to resolve it . Perception deceives sometimes. And as I have already mentioned there are no complaints at all about the gym space, ambiance, equipments. Just realized V shape has become one of the best gyms that we have in this locality offering service in a very reasonable price. If you are in and around this area you should give a try . Good luck to the whole team as they celebrated their 1st anniversary recently and wish them many more anniversaries to come.

V shape is one excellent and very well maintained gym in the locality. The owner is directly involved to ensure the quality and visits the gym very frequently. The equipments are well maintained and clean, and sufficient enough for all types of workout . The prices are also reasonable and competitive.

I liked this gym because all the equipment's are new. And this gym is always clean and neat. Not crowded mainly. So you will feel the piece and comfort. This gym have 3 trainers all of them are very friendly. They will stand with you and guide you for 1st week. I joined 2 weeks before. I liked it very much.

This gym has all new equipments and good trainners too...the gym is so hygienic and clean. Trainers were so friendly and they take effort for us to get our desired results

Morning batch Gym trainer is great. This is the first time I am going to a Gym and he is very efficient in teaching the different workouts.

The best gym in the vicinity of kolapakkam,gerugambakkam and mugalivakkam. I have been enjoying my workouts for almost 6 months now hence confidently i can say they are best in good machines, clean environment , separate floors for various workout program and good trainers .
