Too good sports facility. Public can use it with the proper permission from the person in-charge. I used to play basket ball(free) and go swimming (paid) there. For athletic practice, its a good place in town.

I was practising in YMCA Nandanam, chennai for the past six months there is no pole for rope and they don't even maintain the track and grass levels. Now I'm here in V.O.C stadium this is really good. Maintenance is super good, pole for rope have four different types of coir. Track maintenance is perfect and they won't allow if the track is filled with rain.
