Pathetic and fraudsters these people are. I had shopped from AmbedkarPuram, Kalyanpur Kanpur on 10th August 2022. I was told that if I shop for more that 2000 Rs. I will get 4 discount coupons of Rs. 500 worth Rs. 2000. I didn't get the discount coupons even after 48 hours then I went to store they said I will get it by 19th Aug. But till date I haven't got any coupons. They will promise you fasle things to make you shop more. Even you have pathetic customer care who help only for online shopping and don't even help with store's contact number. Even the store number mentioned on Google on official website is wrong.
Bad service. Give everything on Mrp, not a single penny discount. Staff service is very bad, they don't let u choose any item always wondering with u and not tolerable. Why we go to mall if we don't get any profit, if u want to purchase on mrp then why go on vmart just take it from anywhere
It's as what it should be. Primarily clothing for men, women and kids. Does not have lot of varities, but, still have decent options. May be tried, nevertheless. Also have grocery division, which is mainly edibles and general household items, but, do not expect as full fledged grocery like BB. Overall good.
