Decent gym with required equipments and awesome place to build your dream physique
Its a really good place and well maintained. The equipments provided are of good quality. The trainer/ owner is really cooperating and will be providing the workout details and diet according to your needs and goals. The operating time in morning is 5:30am to 9am and evening 4:30pm to 9pm. There are plenty of people working out here and you can go in early morning if you want to avoid crowd. The is weighing machine available for you to track your weight. This is the only well maintained gym near to neyveli township.
Its my nearest gym with all equipment and perfect trainers also available hear,good infrastructure,location is very easy to reach and the fees also at reasonable good place to train your muscle and mind
