I have bought many things from this store and I have always been extremely pleased with the service and the quality of jewelry. What they didn't have they found for me. I have also used them to fix and repair various pieces and I am so relieved to have found a jeweler that I trust with my valuables. Definitely will be a life long customer! I have bought jewellery from this store 3 times and always they run the same scam. First while choosing the jewellery the price mentioned by them is low and once you finalise something they conveniently say that we made a mistake while calculating and then increase the price. Dint report it the first two times but this happened the third time and so I feel it cannot be a mistake every time. I don't mind paying extra but these are cheap tricks and spoil the entire buying experience. The sales person who is running this scam is Sunil.

My wife and I had bought the engagement rings from this place. The ring size was not correct as they insisted on going with the size they recommend. I ended up with a swollen finger just while trying the incorrect size. And because of this I had to visit 3 times to get the size corrected. My wife's ring was broken in rare use of 9 months. I still would have simply given 3 stars for the variety of options they provide but they have earned every star reduced by providing pathetic service. The only good thing about this shop is the air conditioning. I would highly recommend NOT visiting this shop. There are plenty of options available in the market. I am pretty sure even small jewelers would provide better service than this shop.

They are unprofessional, service is worst for what we pay. And justify with silly reasons . Don't visit this shop.
