We had a pleasant stay with our little pet. Ambience was great and beach was very nearby. Thanks to all the staff especially housekeeping staff for attending our pet cleaning services with utmost patience. Food was also good. Totally recommend this place.

Words aren't enough to express what a wonderful time we as a family had during our stay with V Hotels and Resorts. Initially when I planned I thought this would be just another resort but they changed my perception in a jiffy. This is the first time we had an excellent experience on stay, food and experience. This is by far one of the best resorts which has created an ever lasting impression and memory to cherish forever. Mr Raju Surada made our experience so seamless. He went above and beyond to make our holiday stress free right from booking, check in to arrangements. This is a place highly recommended if you looking for stay at Chirala. The staff is so caring and helpful and build a connect with every customer. They go above and beyond to make your feel special. The rooms, restaurant, food, pool and most of all the resort ambience is extraordinary. This is the first time in my travel journey that I have had an excellent experience across all the parameters. Overall couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you V Hotels and Resorts for making our stay so special. The place is new and scenic. They have definitely put in efforts for the place to be top notch in the area however the hospitality is not at all up to the mark. We negotiated on a certain price before entering, however during check out it was completely changed. Dog was allowed and they had agreed on waving the charges on first go and then they add at the end. They even denied having pet in common area, they said, "Our MD is watching the CCTV camera and he does not want the dog to be in front", where in the dog was tied and had mouth piece on. The food quality was basic and quantity was fine. We had to repeatedly ask for the service and after not receiving it, we had to personally walk up to the restaurant and ask for the things. When they agreed for three people in a room, they should provide room amenities according to 3 and not 2. They should have come to have a replacement done for the next day which they did not. The villa rooms are interconnected in the back yard makes the experience scary as it is no more personal but shared. Anyone can peep in if they want to. Overall experience about the place is awful due to the hospitality.

Food is not so great, Beach is very far, service also very very slow getting water bottle after 4hours, Front office staff is good helped in decoration,ambience is very very nice and beautiful, rooms also good. Easy reservation. But cost is very high.

This hotel is very well mannered and has all things in the right pace. Stay and Accommodation are given in a very exquisite manner, they have well maintained environment, with great infrastructure and hygiene. Overall it was a great experience visiting V Hotels and would love to visit again.

Based my recent stay in this place, I can say it is a New destination for weekend trips, perfect place if you want a break from this chaos and busy world. I can say most happening place. The reasons are 1. Beautiful and well maintained property 2. Spacious rooms 3. Private pool and bath tubs 4. Friendly staff 5. Tasty food and complementary breakfast Worth staying with family and friends. I can say on the shore of beach it is a 5 star rated property at reasonable prices.

Rooms and ambience are good, but food is too costly and quantity is very less, need to consider it.

Rooms are good , ambience is good in night. Service staff are polite.. Low star for food. . Need change of chef .. Regular items like dosa and idli are not good . 50% of items ordered are only good.. Wish they provide more facilities for family entertainment...
