After initial hickups, Booking was confirmed. Rooms are neat and clean. Rooms are spacious and there is accommodation for 3 people in each room. One double bed and other single bed. They lay extra mattress on floor if required but charge @Rs 500/- for extra bedding. Room charges areRs 1500/- per day. Mattresses on the bed are hard and less comfortable. The pillows are thinner than required. Washroom is not spacious but is workable. Geyser stopped working but was attended to promptly. Exhaust fan was not functional. There is no light lamp in the room. Room has one window but without any good outside view. AC is installed but was not required due to winter season. LCD is also available. No arrangement of drinking water. They donot provide any water from their side. No towel or any other consumable is provided. Electric points for charging mobile phones are sufficient. They have a canteen where tea/ lunch / breakfast / dinner is available. Tea Rs 15/- per cup. Breakfast Rs 70/-, lunch,Rs120/- per person.

I visited this place in 2018 with my family and the room was well maintained..... staff were also humble.... I am planning to visit again in near future.... Thanks VRC for the wonderful hospitality....

I went there with my wife. Rooms were of good size and well maintained rooms, food is served on thali system and food quality is also very good. They have ample parking space, always working lift, near to all the temples like prem mandir, banke bihari mandir. Three wheeler transportayion available ay doorstep. Visit this place in spring, and winters. Summers of mathura is very scroaching and dehydrating.
Best of all restaurants in vrindavan dham it is a hotel and a restaurant the price is reasonable 120 for a thali and the food is fresh.
Very rude staff and their behavior is not good for coustmers. This is place is not good for stay in vridawan.
The place is ok in terms of location, cleanliness and quality of rooms. But their service is very bad. You will pay the price of a hotel but you cannot expect any services from them. The owner/manager/staff is rude. They arrogantly denied any extra blankets for kids. The blankets they provide is too thin and small and does not work at all. So if you going there in winters, do carry your own blankets. I would not recommend this place to anyone because you can find other convenient and cheaper options.
