Worst people at reception. Had to consult G S Buragohain Sir urgently, 1st day called at 9am, receptionist told that that day's appointments are full so to call next day at 8 am for next day's appointment. I told her that I have an urgency, still she told that call tomorrow at 8 am. Next day I started calling from 7:15 am, they received at 7:40 am and then said today's appointment full. I asked them why yesterday I was asked to call at 8 am, then the person said they give appointment physically and that physically we have to go and taken appointment. This information was not given to me on phone the earlier day. Such irresponsible receptionists. Becomes harassment in urgent situation like ours.

I delivered my baby here in 2018. After my delivery, they showed my baby from a distance. They didn't bring my baby to me for breast feeding even after repeated asking for 24 hours! I don't know what they fed my baby till then . Everyone knows that babies should be breast fed as soon as possible after birth. It gives me anguish till now when I remember this fact. My baby suffers from atopic dermatitis, which is one of the consequences of not breast feeding immediately. This hospital is unfit for delivery purposes. Nursing care: unfit Behaviour: rude, arrogant!

Worst behaviour by the nursing staff. Nurses are so rude. They misbehave with the patients and attendents. I will never recommend anyone for this hospital. Doctors are good though. But nurses are the worst.

Worst hospital ever visited. There is no problem with the doctors, they are good. But the staff's behaviour is so bad and pathetic. They even misbehave with patients. Management is very poor and everyone is rude and doesn't know how to behave with the patients and their attendants. They will keep you waiting for so long.

The hospital is good overall, but the competence of the general ward for psychiatry is unacceptable.

A hospital dedicated to treatment of mental patients, with treatment facility for general patient, facility like operation theater, paid rooms for patients undergoing treatment is available, good care to patient is given in this hospital, facility for covid treatment is available on request. Renowned doctors provide there service here, staff are well behaved and caring. This place is the only treatment facility available for mental patient in Dibrugarh town. This hospital is run by Christian missionary who are very dedicated towards social service. Patient care is there top priority.

Nurse's behaviour is worst . They act like they are the only inteligent human exist in the world.

This is a general hospital, not mental specialist hospital. The mental hospital is behind V. G. Hospital and is named Mercy Home. It is in a separate enclosure within the same campus.
