V Fitness World - Gym in Malur - Kolar, India

I did not work put here but went to find out about it. My first impression was decent, it is a hard-core gym and not a place to use your phone. It is cramped up a little but I have heard some good things about the trainer. As long as you get the body you want, all these things do not really matter. That is just my perspective.

Am looking for shape n weight loose and basic workout. I want to know about that details.

I been working out here since from the beginning of this Gym, Equipments are highly Standard, Lot of spacious with 2 floors, 3rd floor for weight training and 2nd floor for cardio,, im giving 10stars out of 5stars,, please visit once,,
