Worst experience. Gym owner and the trainers doesn't train you at all. All are will be looking at mobile. Attention given only if you take personal training. Otherwise no training only. Not even bother to correct the position. Won't teach which workout to do first which next.

Don't come to this Gym if wanted to do time pass, these 3 trainers will kill u until u reduce weight. Every day you need send pics of your diet. They will surely ask for weight machine to measure your food intake. Nice place for Fun and weight lose. Reduced 8 kgs in 55 Days
Peaceful place to workout. The trainers here are well trained and friendly. My experience here has been really good. Wednesday and Saturday Zumba and yoga classes add more fun to workout and motivate us to stay consistent.

My online training with the V fitness coach (Chinni) has been going on for almost a year now. He has been monitoring my diet and training constantly, and to be completely honest, even in Sweden, where I currently reside, I haven't been able to find a good coach who can coordinate both diet and exercise.
