A good gym while on your holiday. Has everything you need for a good workout. Treadmill, bike, squat rack, benches with dumbells up to 40kg. Also machines, cables and a stretching area. Take water as it can get hot. Entry 200rp per person or 300 for two.

Good price and good range of equipment. No flat bench press though and free weights only go up to 30kg. Still managed to get in a few good workouts

This is hard, since you can't compare the gym to any other gym outside India. It's dirty, its small, there's no aircon and they are not very happy to see you. But! It is an experience and they do have everything you need to workout. You can work your whole body here, but chances are you'll be alone in the leg area since the locals seem to focus on upper body strength and volume. :) Give them a smile and they will smile back, but you have to go first! It is also cheap. 1000 rp for a week is really ok. But dont come here thinking you can work on your snatch or anything else that requires safe technique and equipment.

As a foreigner visiting, the equipment was nice for India, and there was plenty of room. Price was reasonable, Rs300 for a visit or Rs1000 for a week. The trainers are not very competent.

Great little local gym. Mornings before 11 are never busy. Calibrated plates and friendly guys. Only problem: there's no proper squat rack or bench press.

Near to palalom beach and place and people are nice..a must place to keep your workout on run while having fun at Goa.
