Its been an year since I have joined this gym. Ms.Kalpana Chavan is the trainer for me and all these days ,I have been attending evening batch. I have joined for power yoga, warm -up exercises, aerobics and I have experienced positive changes in me in terms of weight management, fitness, positive mindset, freshness and enthusiasm to work all day.Lethargy has vanished in me totally. There are no diet restrictions put by her and then too I have been able to achieve my fitness targets. She is a very good trainer who recommends & teaches exercises suiting the body type.

Good n soft music playing in fitness center. All staff is very good n politely behavior with each other person. Over all is very well.
All type of imported equips are provided for workout . A comfortable environment with cheerful songs and a right motivation is developed . The workout performance on the floor is observed by trainers regularly . Workout plans are guided by trainers . Nutritionists are available . Cardio section and workout area are both very spacious . This is a ideal environment for sweating up .

The best gym in thane .... since i have been working out here for 3 months now n have done my workout for a year before this in another gym... but this gym is really good . They have maintained it sooo well the equipments are well oiled machines . The gym ambience is always clean and the best sanitization. I would recommend this to all.
