The owner, Vishwa, is super friendly and even helps with unconventional issues like posture imbalances. Plus, the gym has all the equipment you need, and it's way better than other gyms in the area. Highly recommend!

Viswa bro is one of the most knowledgeable trainers I've ever seen, very kind and humble also he is the owner of this gym. I was given customized diet chart that suits my requirements and body conditions and the result were visible. He is one among the very few trainers who recommends only the natural nutrition and doesn't recommend artificial supplements. Karthi and Sulaiman bro are very friendly never hesitated to spot or correct my workout mistakes. Their lil bit of corrections in workouts helped me a lot in my personal progress. Machine Shoulder Press is Uneven The Gym is Dark most of the Time and they hesitate to switch on the lights They put too much Oil on the machine When you walk on the floor your legs turn really dark and even you can't walk with Socks
