I had a terrible experience at V Care Medicals. Their staff's carelessness led to me receiving the wrong medicine, "Liposerin" ( supplement used to treat Alzheimer's disease and age-related impairments in memory and cognitive functions ) instead of the prescribed "Liposem" (Liposem is also helpful in reducing obesity and controlling excessive appetite)supplement. This mistake could have serious consequences, and I'm extremely disappointed with their service.

Very late billing too much of customers but only one bill counter and if we ask to do it fast the staff is showing too much of attitude

Staffs need to be trained for well customer interaction and speed up their work..takes so much time for single medicine.

Very good service and big relief for patients. Pharmacists are not up to the mark. Many mistakes happened during the medicine purchase.
