Uttarayan Hotel and Restaurant - Bengali restaurant in Bardhaman - Purba Bardhaman, India

Place is very clean and hygienic, the staffs are well mannered and patience. But their food is not so delicious, chicken curry is not so delicious, fish was good though, a veg meal is decent and will remind you of one's homemade food. My bill was Rs80 for the chicken curry and Rs 160 for the fish Thali.

Really had a finger licking, delicious food for a very reasonable price......taste was too good....also its not too spicy unless u order something spicy.... although its one of the best restaurants that I have visited in Bardhaman for normal lunch n dinner..... I would suggest to have food over here rather loitering near the railway station for the people who are travelling unless local people might have a better knowledge on this.... Thank u

Uttarayan hotel and restaurant is very high quality hotel for lunch in Barddhaman. This is about 2 minutes walking distance from curzon gate. One of the well maintened hotel , food quality is very good, this is a air conditioned hotel. For lunch they give you rice ,2 to 3 vegetables,dal.you can also take variety of fish, chicken items as required.

Nice ambience. I visited here for lunch with my brother. The stuffs were very polite and professional. The food was awesome. You will get variety of delicious foods.

It's an old place. When I was child used to go there with my parents. U can get Bengali dish for lunch. Good food. And other dishes for dinner. Quite good place on B. c road. Very near to G.T ROAD and Curzon Gate.

Excellent ambience and staff behaviour. Light, non-spicy yet lip-smacking authentic Bengalithali and ala carte available. Rice, dal, 2 types of vegetable dishes, jhuri aloo bhaja, postor bora, mango chutney and papad costs around Rs 200. Highly recommended for those looking for homely Bengali lunch. The only drawback is a narrow staircase and no parking facility.

A very old and popular restaurant at prime location Curzon Gate bazar in Bardhaman offering bengali lunch thali, both veg and non veg at a clean environment. Also separate menu available consisting of restaurant foods like chilly chicken, fried rice and more. Only drawback one need to climb upstairs, no parking for vehicles

The experience here was very bad. Whatever the way of serving food, it is very bad.If you order rice, you will only get rice . Neither vegetables nor pulses will be available along with rice and on asking for vegetables, you will have to pay extra charge.This was my first and last time at this restaurant.
