An ideal place for all Uttaradi mutt followers to stay at Rameswaram and do their daily pujas. Conveniently located close to the station and also Rameswaram Temple.It has rooms to stay which are small but cozy and peaceful.Prasad is served in the Afternoon around 12.30pm and in the evening snacks is served around 8pm.

Reached this place at nearly 4pm asking for lunch. Was politely turned down due to lack of prior information. Only fair. Can't be blamed on them. They may want to consider better internet presence of this place, do tramps abroad like me get some of their existence in time, and avail their services by prearranging. Rameswaram being the tip of the country, food and religious services for traveling Madhwas are a great service this Mutt does, only not widely known outside the country I would think. And a smarter internet advertising might help travelers as well as the mutt by bringing in money. Jus sayin.

This facility is meant for Madhwa Brahmins visiting Rameshwaram, it is conveniently located, they provide rooms with basic furnishing at a very reasonable price. Arrangements for teertha prasada will have to be arranged by speaking to the in-charge a few days before the visit. Vehicle parking is not allowed / at owner's risk since it is on the main road.

Now renovation work started it is very old congested place one hall is there which is used for rituals ideal for Madwas staff members are very polite n help In all matters nice place

Hats off to hospitality!! Staff are very humble and down to earth.They will help you with all the Brahmin rituals that needs to be performed in a place like Rameshwaram ( it is one of char dhams and this is a divine place).Accommodation is pretty out dated and old ( you have to manage with shared bathrooms/ toilets which may not be to the expected levels)
