Utse Suites - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

I just completed my visit and stay at Utse for the second time. The whole experience was re-energizing and heart warming. The staff are always willing to help and ever so courteous. Any problem encountered is attended to with a simple call to the front desk. The ambience is simple yet quaint and charming. The fast disappearing traits of simplicity, innocence and genuine care of visitors is so endearing. Utse is like an Oasis buried deep in the heart of the bustling city that Bangalore has become. Once inside, you can forget the chaos of Commercial Street and experience remarkable peace and quiet. That is, till you are once again recharged and ready to step out into the sun, the traffic and the busy pace of Commercial Street and all it side streets. I would recommend it to anyone who loves Bangalore and is looking for truly lovely people, comfort and shopping convenience.

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service with reasonable prices in where we had dinner. Rooms and Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

Me and my husband were here for 5 nights and it was such a welcoming, hassle-free, highly enjoyable experience. Soni Laskar was very helpful throughout the stay. Thanks Soni for making our stay memorable and convenient. We felt so safe throughout. We cannot ask for more. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean and with toiletries. If you need water, you can fill from filter without buying. They are very accommodating. Lady Geneez constantly checked on us and Krishna was there to help us out with everything. This place is very close to Commercial street and there are groceries and Indian restaurants around. Utse restaurant is of course very nice but bit expensive for right reasons. We tried only one meal there and it was delicious. The interior, access to main places in the city, super nice staff, clean rooms. All so worth for the price we paid. We will be definitely coming back. You guys went beyond our expectations.

Had the chance to try their breakfast and it was great! Must try their Nepali breakfast, Poori and pancakes. Room was average and not a 3 star as they claim. Ac was intermittently working and most often tricky to get it started.Staff was friendly but often seemed to be lost and confused. This a great place if you are just there to crash and get basic necessities and don't expect much.

Rooms are clean and feel like home. Rooms are enough in size. Very close to the market, shopping, hospitals. Restaurants provides room delivery and dine in which is also good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Utse Suites in Bangalore and I must say that I had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Jenny and Soni, were very helpful during my stay. They were always available to answer any questions I had and were quick to address any concerns or requests I had. Their warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home, and I truly appreciate their excellent customer service. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also convenient, with easy access to local restaurants and attractions. Overall, I highly recommend Utse for anyone visiting Bangalore. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Bangalore.

This hotel is absolutely un clean to stay no clean room no clean bathroom there's a mosquitos everywhere won't be able to sleep and every half n hour the staff and owner herself putting some chemicals when we complain about mosquitos and bad breathe coming from the bathrooms, it was horrible disasters stay for us.. when I ask the owner about this bad smell "she told me there's a sewage/Nala side and backside of the hotel that's the reason we get lots of mosquitos and that's why we used chemical Spray for them" I told her I can't even breathe in this smell and won't be able to sleep at all then she replied this is how it is sir, there's nothing we can do about it. I was so stunned and disappointed I will recommended this hotel not for stay during night at all.

Good ambience and the lobby, restaurant and rooms were furnished well. Food was good and the service was excellent... the place was not crowded during our visit. The staff were polite and courteous.
