The food tastes good here, with a cosy ambience and good lighting. The place is small serving all kinds of North Indian dishes and looks better if visited in the evenings. But the only thing here is they add way too much food colouring, it's even visible after hand wash.
The restaurant is small but maintaining cleanliness..no rest room in the restaurant but u have to climb 4 floors and use washroom in a house there..food is above average...quality and prices are less which suits for students..
Good atmosphere, nice ambience, worth for money. thing is no one knows kannada. knndd kliyiri. Staff should start learning kannada. Next to this there is one punjabi dhabha, there most of the staff speaks kannada. Please start learning local language team it's for your good benefits.
I tried mushroom fried rice and baby corn tikka. The fried rice was really nice in taste but tikka I haven't enjoyed much. The price is reasonable. It took 5-10 min to serve fried rice. Interior of restaurant nice.
Nice cozy North Indian restaurant with variety of options at pocket friendly prices. Taste & Quantity of food was amazing. Definitely recommend for North Indian delicacies in Hanumanthnagar. Only rice dishes are not that good
Went with my family, service was fine the atmosphere was also okay. The issus was the food, so much salt they put in the food. We ordered baby corn tikka, kaali dal, cheese paneer tikka, roti, and zeera rice. Each and every one was drowned in salt, making it unable to taste what the food was. It's not worth the price if I have to eat only salty food, to be honest.
Food here is quite good and the prices are reasonable too. Service too is good with courteous staff and quick preparations. The place usually remains crowded with students. That makes it a jolly place. Just that the place is pretty small with little or no spce between the tables. I had order butter naan and shahi paneer. Butter naan was good both taste and proportion wise. Shahi paneer was fine too but didn't taste at all like shahi paneer.
I had a terrible experience at Utsav restaurant. The service was very poor, and the staff's behavior was incredibly rude. To make matters worse, they refused to take our order just 10 minutes before 3:30 PM, even though they were still open. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, and I won't be returning.
