Very nice location in pathankot, everything like staffs, parking, dining, lawn and food is sufficient for 5 star rating
It is overall a great place for any type of functions whether its a wedding reception or any type of get together, view is good ample of space for parking, healthy atmosphere. However, due to lack of options in the city they have a monopoly and charge a very high price for arranging any kind of functions which is not affordable for all. The price charged by them are even more high then charged in metro cities and also even charging high prices they don't deliver you what they mention and on the date of your function there is no one to whom you can complain about the event. hey are greedy and irresponsible. The waiters were bringing food from another wedding at the same venue. I would not recommend Utsav to any of my acquaintances. Only good for fake promises and high prices.
Nice place for all your wedding functions. They have very professional and supportive staff.
I have not seen full function but its normal inquire visit. Manager was very helpful and provided all information. They all required stuff for catering service. Best option if you just want to enjoy ceremonies without bothering about money as they charging good for quality service, but yea its little expensive comparing other similar options
I haven't tried rooms yet.. but I had dinner there in my brother's marriage and the arrangement was too good .. the ambience was awesome .. service was very good .. people are soo polite .. Do visit this place for a good and silent environment ..
Be aware what they say and what they do please be very careful specially with utsav manager. He has zero responsibility. They will take money from your guest as-well as you so be careful.
good place located on mamoon pangloi Chowk Road in Pathankot you would enjoy this place while you guys have a function like marriage or any other big service they have the biggest catering facility in this zone. Utsav is good place you can see their presentation is awesome. My cousin brother marriage was there we enjoyed a lot quality and quantity is there. In all section with good staff.
Not worth of even a single star. Poor management. They are greedy and irresponsible. The waiters were bringing food from another wedding at the same venue. The guests were lost and were visiting wrong wedding event because of confusion at the entrance. No information about the events. The venue wasn't capable of holding two weddings at the same time yet they brought in over 1400 guests. I would not recommend Utsav to any of my acquaintances.
