I visited Utsav many times with my friends and the people are so polite there. Because of rush time there will be some waiting time but the food and price is worth it.
Everything's good, the food is average. We order Kadhai Paneer and Malai Kofta and Chaap and Butter roti. The bill for 3 person is around 240 which is awesome.
The price is very pocket friendly. There are also many dhabas there but ustav is gained popularity very quickly. Because of the food and price.
For dining there are only 4 tables which is always equipped in night or busy hours.
My suggestion is if you're finding a good and pocket friendly place to eat then definitely visit here. There's no issues at all with food or anything else.
