Very very bad service... Please get your own towels and and gift them before leave... Even though calling for towels 100 times you only get 1 towel even after asking for 2..... And after so many calls I got a torn towel The rooms are very bad and the washrooms are also in very bad condition. No proper maintenance. And the staff is also of bad mouth.... Washrooms in the lobby are more pathetic than public toilets with no toiletries, no handwash.... Very very bad experience... Not worth giving 1 star also...

I am stay many hotals but Utsav are a luxury propertie in Burhanpur there atmosphere silent environment Rooms & Food quality are very Very good staff Nature good & main think is best Charges ..

Room quality and cleaning vary good utsav restaurant food is very delicious, premises greenery and cleaning and ambiance is very good again visit in place

I stay last 4 days my family room's are good service good & Restaurants food quality are extent.

am writing this review after experiencing the worst experience at the utsav Hotel. We have organised the party at Hotel. But the food served by the hotel was really terrible. All the guest complained about the food but no action has been taken by the management rather full amount has been demanded by the management. The attitude of the Management towards the problem was inappropriate. Food served was spoiled. After seeing the ruthful behaviour from Management, we have decided to file suit. In the Intrest of Public at large, I, therefore, request everyone to take a note of the same and try to avoid such type of hotel

The staff here doesn't know how to behave with guests, they don't have the manners to talk, especially the female staff are very rude.

Had lot of fun Enjoyed the Property and water park. The food was amazing.
