Poor customer services. Arrogant staff & management. They need be properly educated about hospitality. Parking inside hotel available but it gets flooded too early when crowd hits the place. Can handle a big crowd and a decent function but not everyone can park inside so one has to park outside on the roadside, causing traffic jams and chaos. Hygiene is a big issue in hotel rooms. No restaurant available.

One of the best hotels of city with good service. Nice parking facilities and easy to reach from Railway station. Food quality is good. Staff is so helpful. Rooms needs more maintenance. There is a big lawn used for party perpose. Affordable price for stay.

Don't know about the rooms but I called for booking and explained them that I'll reach early in the morning next day. They agreed.When I reached the Main gate was locked. Nobody was there Nobody opened the gates foe me. I called and the person on the phone responded by saying" is it a time to call somebody". I was left on the streets of completely unknown place unattended.

Nice hotel......working Air conditioner and Fan lightings are also cool bathroom also neat and clean also available fridge in your room. All the non behaviour things are good but staffs are not friendly they don't have manners how to treat with customers. Also late service by service boy.

Not good, I must say.. Points I would like to highlight- 1. Bedsheet and pillow cover needs to be changed after every check out I believe, that was not done. 2. Mattress is also old, it was not comfortable at all. 3. Soiled crockeries were there when we checked in and this is during this Covid situation 4. Water tumbler were stained and not cleaned. 5. Too any mosquito's and no repellent available, later they got the coil.

Rooms were nice and spacious, bathrooms were very clean, the AC and fan were working fine. However we find problem with TV tht was not showing proper channels, but the staffs were good and they solved our problem... Room service was very good.. we would like to stay here in our next visit too

Management staff is not good. They don't listen to your request at once. Rooms have damp walls and paint is coming out. However they have spacious hall and open area.

It is a third class hotel staff is highly illmannered services are very very poor the ac was not working neither the tv nor the lights the water from the tap was dirty. Never ever go to this hotel. I request
