Location is good. Resort is not maintained regularly. Adventure activities doesn't have safety protocols. They say zorbing in their website and until you make a booking..once you are in the resort they change their stance...food was average...they promise a menu but will deliver a different low cost menu..not worth!!!

The food was good ,the resort was good but I feel the staff is very less and i could barely find anyone in reception if anything was ever needed. I would suggest you to take Halli Mane villa for the stay if you want to experience the village themed stay. PS : i also couldn't sleep at night because my neighbouring room guests were having a big fight at midnight and when called to reception or the manager i didn't get anyone to pick the call or respond so we had to intervene ourselves to stop the fight which was quiet risky and wld never recommend anyone to do it.

Poorly staffed and pathetic service. Lights not working, faulty water closet(which should have been ideally checked by staff before alloting room).Staff started cleaning one of the dormitories after guests arrived and allowed to check-in only in the evening. Property on a beautiful location but experience totally ruined by poor service, minimal staff lead by a arrogant manager. Avoidable!!

Please don't waste your money and time visiting this resort not worth it. Games have no safety protocol and not organised in anything. Service of the food is BAD. Staff do not any info properly

Pros: Spacious Adventure games including zipline Big pool Good food. Music systems. Overall Maintenance. Cons: Service quality need to be improved. Multiple Safety issues in adventure games. Some games have broken steps in middle. You will realise only when you are middle of the game and there are no ladders to get down or exit. Very less staff Manager is single point of contact who is always on call taking new bookings and all other staff are clueless about games or services.

Recently I visited the resort, it's really beautiful, big swimming pool and natural greenary and hills is very pleasent. Food is also good. It's really worth.

Dayout experience: Paid 1100/- per head. Pros: Nice ambience around Tumkur Staffs are good in some cases Cons: Food is average ,Menu is ok ok. Denied to provide non veg food as discussed and few of my cousins disappointed Delay in getting the things Activity area is too small and not maintained well Staffs are not responding to play adventure games and not played also. Went with good expectations but Returned with Bad memories. Mr. Nayak is the manager , he is good guy, he tried his best .. but not so happy...

One of the worst resort ever. Please do not consider this resort at all. Nayak the so called manager is a big rowdy he can go upto beating people up and very very rude my family did not feel safe there at all. We checked out early.
