Resort is very nice and in beautiful location,staff was co operative and hospitable. Rooms are little bit small but are comfy and warm. Overall good experience..

Management has changed. It is now Karma Utopia exclusively for Karma members. Rooms are nicely done,though small,with no possibility for an extra bed. Sleep quality is too good. View from window presents mountains on the left and front lawn and an orchard beyond that. Morning breakfast was sumptuous each day with delicious preparations of south Indian cuisine, upma and chole bhature. Special request of grilled trout was also catered.Hadimba temple is at a walking distance. Museum of Himachal Culture and folk art is at ground floor.

It was a nice and comfy stay at the hotel. All the necessities are well taken care of. The staffs were extremely hospitable and cooperative. Beautifully decorated rooms along with an amazing view of the forest, Himalayan mountains and the scenic beauty of the town . Clean bathroom with 24- hours available warm water. Multi cuisine food available and the quality is really good.

They provide the worst service you can imagine. The rooms are good for 2 people but never take an extra bed. Even the delux rooms are not that big. The location is far from the Mall road. And most importantly be sure to double check the bills. They will make multiple bills for the same items and then charge for those. On confrontation they will give you an excuse of the hotel being too crowded.

Service is very very poor . You need to call the room service at least for 4/5 times for simply a bottle of water . For food you can imagine how much effort you have to put. Apart from all these. We got same bill twice to be paid . As we were in a hurry to check out. We just paid the amount and left. Later while we inform the same to the hotel authority they simply said it's our duty to. Check the bill before payment . I will highly recommend people not to visit this place while staying in Manali . Also many more glitches are there which I am not mentioning here .

They provide the worst service ever. The staffs are not at all responsive. You have to follow up a thousand times before a service is provided. The food is good but everything is overpriced as compared to the rest of the hotels / restuarants. The location is far from the Mall road. If you are looking to spend some peaceful relaxing time, please look for some other hotel. There are a plenty of them.
