Rooms. Rooms are really big and clean. Toilets need a bit of rework. Rooms Not served with water, we have to purchase. Toothpaste and brush are provided at extra cost if required. Food. If you book a room with breakfast then it's only with a limited quantity. We can select any 1 breakfast dish from the menu and one tea for breakfast. Hotel food is a bit expensive. Staff. Staff is very supportive. Even they helped to wash my car with a very minimal charge of Rs. 50 which was given to the person who washed the car.
Stay in this hotel for 2 days i feel like i was alone in a hotel. Didn't saw any guest in hotel lobby and in restaurant. I was feeling like i was stuck in haunted hotel. You will receive strange noise during night every half and hours and then you will realise its AC which is creating a noise.. Not able to get a good sleep during my 2 days of stay... In my last day of stay around 1Am light was gone due to some issue in hotel we waited till 4 am in a hope that issue will resolve however there was no backup generator in a hotel. Finally we decided to check out around 4.30 am in a night and move to nearest hotel... had a very worst experience in this hotel will never recommend this hotel.. if you have a very tight budget then you can go with this hotel only for a day stay not recommended to stay over a night. Food was not so good and costly too... you can visit blue dine hotel which is near by.. location of hotel is good.

Hi, We have visited this place in the month of Nov-22. Positive points : 1. Rooms are very specious. 2. 3 adults can stay in the room with extra bed @500 3. Cost effective hotel Negative Points 1. Washroom is not clean. It seems they do not clean it regularly. 2. Areas around rooms are also not so clean. You will see lots of dust all around.. Floor cleaning also does not seems to happen on regular basis. 3. Breakfast/lunch/dinner rates are trice as compare to outside restaurants Few food options 1. Blue dine : should visit only in night. Good food with good abience. With decent rates. Food is also tasty. 2. Nisargraj Dakkhan Darbar You should try unlimited special chicke thali. Spicy and tasty.
Rooms are big but all they need is maintenance. If you have come Silvassa to visit places, then this is a good budget friendly hotel. Else stay in a resort. We had opted for room with breakfast, which was very good. If hotel is maintained properly, then it can give run for money to other hotels.
Service is good. Staff is polite. Food we didn't had at hotel so cant comment on it. Room amenities like door nob was worn out, but latch was there for closing the door. However service and polite nature of staff was good enough to over look manageable issues like this. Had a wonderful time.
Excellent place to stay .It is value for money . All important visiting places like Swaminarayan temple and Damanganga river front are near hotel . Hotel has arrangements with local taxi owners for visit to nearby places like forest and hill top at affordable prices .
