Uthraraj Hospital,pollachi - Hospital in Mahalingapuram - Coimbatore, India

The hospital name is Siva meds hospital, but people call it as Uthraraj Hospital in the area. One of the best hospital in Pollachi for children and the doctor is well experienced. The doctor Uthraraj is serving more then a 50 year as child specialist in Pollachi and the hospital was constructed 15 years before. Lots and lots of children are recovered from here from the past 50 years even though my wife got treatment from him when she was child and my sons are getting treatment from him with the same caring. He will not give more medicines to kids and minimal medicines with best advice to parents to take care of kids. There is no online or phone call token system, you have to go directly to the hospital and book an appointment and the hospital is very crowded. You have to early to book an appointment. Now they have an fertility centre as well along with this hospital. it was taking care by Kannaki Uthraraj and she is also well experienced.

One of the worst hospital i have ever visited. This one star is only because of the experience we got from the staffs (receptionist and few nurses). Receptionist were really rude and they have no knowledge about hospitality, and how to treat their patients. First they need some knowledge about handling patients and how to treat them. Hope PPL don't visit for sake especially when they visit pediatrician parents might be scared coz of their child is sick and they might gone through some serious situations. In my case i was totally scared when I visited the hospital coz my baby was so sick within time so we rushed to the hospital(10pm) and the response i received from the receptionist was irritating. Ofcourse we need service from the hospital and we are paying for it so staffs should treat their patients respectfully. Worst experience ever. Government hospital staffs are better i guess.

Dr .Uthraraj sir may be god of children healthcare. but gate watchman,staff nurse behavior to patients is very worst. You have to bring your child to the hospital to take a token at 8am even if they are 45 days infant with fever. But the doctor will come at 9.30 Only. One of the worst admins I have ever seen in my life is in a child hospital.

Doctor sir... really Good .but working nurse and lab assistant are fresher they are not know how to take blood from a child and not worth for the Hospital we visited for the goodness of the Doctor Mr.Uthraraj...sir

Obviously the most spoken Hospital for infants and gynaecologist in Pollachi but hospitality is the worst. No one answers the call to book appointment, attenders are so arrogant with patients, doctors least bother about the waiting patients and administration is obsolete. If you have luck, hope to get an appointment and wait in a long queue thereafter for checkup. Either ways, expect some attenders to show off their face to patients and some scoldings as well. God, how does this happen in a Hospital????

Nice caring doctor... But nurses behaviour is very worst.... No proper response...

It's a worst experience I had in the hospital it's been so long queues there is no proper line they followed just like that asks us to sit in the line .The worst part is behaviour of the receptionist or attenders with the patient or us it's non acceptable of their words with the people doesn't know how to behave with the clients and no proper waiting room for the Patient co comers just like the wait in the outside not allowing to ask with our doubts they just like that sell their product money mindset.Its long back they get the good name for the child Care but now a days so many other good doctors are there for the child care but not like this behaviours.Its really unforgettable movement in my life it's hurts us lot never ever suggest this hospital non of the people in my life time we to don't ever visit the hospital again
